WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Our designs are created in Canada and our main fulfillment centers are located in the USA. We also have multiple fulfillment centers around the world.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?  We currently ship within the US and Canada


WHAT ITEMS ARE ABLE TO BE PERSONALIZED?
Items will be labeled "Personalization Available" if they are able to be personalized. Personalization is free, fill in the - Order Special Instructions box - at check out or select your choices in the menus provided.


I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Most items are made to order which means they are specially made for you upon receipt of your order and may take up to 3-5 days to ship.

Some items such as Blankets and Cloaks may take up to 7 days to ship.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Canada 8 - 21 days

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?
We kindly ask all customers to please wait the following number of days after purchase date before submitting a shipping inquiry:

Jewelry and Other Items - 16 days
Blankets / Cloaks - 24 days


I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
Order items may be shipped separately due to logistical reasons and some items can take longer to process.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Kindly check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.


I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PRODUCT SPECIFICATION. CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you please chat with us on our website or email us at "support@wondrousexpressions.com" as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you to cancel and resubmit your order. Please note that although we will do our best to help, depending on your order's stage of processing, we can't promise we will be able to cancel it.


I CHANGED MY MIND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND?
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" we are a small business and the majority of our products are specially made for you upon receipt of your order.

If you find yourself in this situation please chat with us on our website or email us at "support@wondrousexpressions.com" as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

If the order is not yet in progress we may be able to refund you however, we can't make any promises.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We will send out a tracking number to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped so you can track your order.

WHERE DO I FIND DEALS FOR YOUR STORE?
We likely have a special offer listed on our site however if you sign up for our newsletter you will receive a discount code for 15% off along with periodic discounts in our monthly newsletter.
Check us out on social media for special offers and new releases.


ITEM SHOWS AS DELIVERED HOWEVER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, we are regrettably unable to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address.

We encourage you to reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped. *Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct.


RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact our support team at: support@wondrousexpressions.com.

The return address is set by default to an address that collects and destroys these orders. This means that any undelivered order can not be returned or reshipped.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be destroyed.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are destroyed and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Please contact us before you return any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and we do not offer exchanges.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds will be considered in cases where there is proof of a Broken Product or Print Error, provided that we receive a complaint about the defective product within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered to the customer.


WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges.


WARRANTIES
Products are sold "as is" with no warranty, explicit or implied. We do not offer any warranties of performance, or usage.
